This herbal course, will be based on experiential learning with meditation, tasting and studying plant medicine with our senses. Xo’iin’s beach landscape and it’s plant life are an ideal location for uncovering the secret language of the elements in your body.
We will also journey down some branches of plant medicine that are not well known, such as dreaming to discover a plant’s medicine and using plants in place of acupuncture needles.
The retreat is likely to fill early so if you are interested please contact email@example.com
