Xo Ki’in (Pronounced “Show Keen”)

Xo Ki’in offers a range of arts and meditation retreats on the shores of the Caribbean surrounded by the beautiful environment of the Sian Ka’an Biosphere. Miles of  beaches, turquoise water and the Palancar reef in front of the retreat center make it ideal for long beach walks, snorkeling or lazing about in hammocks.

White coral beaches, palm trees and the pristine turquoise Caribbean enhance the beauty of ecologically designed buildings in this gorgeous, remote setting.  Solar powered lights 24 hours a day, and solar heated showers from rain water cisterns provide the comforts of home in a Maya jungle lodge that is “off the grid”. With this comes excellent, delicious, home cooked meals prepared the Slow Food way…adding to the sense of peace and the abundance of nature. Courses range from three days to two weeks. Arts courses have included batik, ceramics, cooking, mural painting, water colour, and photography.  Retreats have been led by masters from various traditions and have included, Yoga, Tai Chi, Reiki, Tibetan Buddhism, and Sacred Geometry. Courses endeavor to make a link with the local Maya culture and traditions to enrich ones experience.

My friend, Rebecca Thomas, told me about your special retreat. I wondered if there are any weeks in February or March of 2018 that you’re not booked. My husband and I would like to come for a getaway.

    Blessing Anna,
I was referred to you by Alejandro (who makes art installments with the trash in Tulum, and stays at your retreat center). He spoke wonders of you and your sacred space.
I would like to share more about my work, and the possibility of using your center for a retreat.

I am a friend of Marta Gray who has lived for extended periods of time at the retreat center. Please provide me with the information necessary for a contemplative retreat during most of the month of June 2017. No flight and ground transit reservations have been made pending a response. Once e-mail contact is established communication may include regular telephone and/or text.

I am a group tour operator looking for a serene location for a yoga group in the Spring (perhaps the first week of March 2015 but I am flexible) for a total of 7 nights. We will bring our own yoga instructors but are interested in your other services. Do you have a yoga “platform” or room? If so, how many does it hold?
I am here in Tulum Monday, Nov. 17-Wednesday, Nov. 19. My phone number is 214-497-4074. Please let me know if I can come to visit you. Thank you for your earliest reply!
